PLOT: "Festival" is a romantic-comedy about various couples from the same neighborhood told in a unique code. Jang-Bae (Shin Ha-Kyun) is a macho police officer who cracks down on corruption of public morals. His personal life takes a hit when he discovers a vibrator used by his girlfriend Ji-Su (Uhm Ji-Won). Because of this Jang-Bae suffers a personal crisis and also causes the live-in boyfriend & girlfriend to possibly separate.
